How do you structure your fees?
Our fee structure includes hourly billing for design services, along with a procurement fee on furnishings and materials sourced through our studio. Through our trade partnerships, we often secure preferred pricing, keeping overall costs competitive with retail. This approach ensures a seamless, full-service experience, with our team managing every aspect of procurement—from sourcing and ordering to delivery coordination and issue resolution.
Can you work with my existing furniture and décor?
Yes, we can thoughtfully incorporate your existing furniture and decor into the new design plan.
Do we have to work with your contractor and vendors?
We maintain strong relationships with a curated network of preferred contractors and vendors; however, we are always open to collaborating with your selected team to best support your project.
